Yes, it does (or rather the log for 0.8.0 does).  It tells me what I
need to know, but I am even more mystified than ever.  It seems that
debian simply places the DTD's into /usr/share/libofx2c2a without
letting libofx know in any way.  I have no idea how the library is
supposed to find them.  So I now think it's a debian bug.

Also, the DTD's are not included in the base libofx and libofx-devel
packages.  However (as you guys are seeing) the libraries are USELESS
without the DTD's.
