LibOFX 0.6.3 released

This is a long overdue maintenance release.  This is hopefully the last 
release in the 0.x series.

The most important changes in this release are:
-Fixes incompatibilities with big endian machines
-Fixes compilation on sun
-Fixes an error in the DTD that caused "content model is ambiguous" errors
-Fixes an ofx2qif crash
-ofxdump can now report the library version number.
