configure problem

Hi,

i have tired to build libofx-0.8.0 from the libofx-0.8.0.tar.gz. 
./configure bring the following message:

checking for ANSI C header files... (cached) yes
/usr/lib
checking for ParserEventGenerator.h in /usr/include/OpenSP... no
checking for ParserEventGenerator.h in /usr/local/include/OpenSP... yes
checking for ParserEventGeneratorKit.h... yes
checking for SGMLApplication.h... yes
checking for EventGenerator.h... yes
checking for libosp... no
configure: error: unable to link a test program, is OpenSP installed?

but
lrwxrwxrwx  1 root root 15 2005-12-02 20:42 /usr/lib/libosp.so -> 
libosp.so.0.0.0*
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root root 2132424 2003-01-21 01:43 /usr/lib/libosp.so.0.0.0

i have instaled/builded OpenSP-1.5.2 from the official sources.

hawe somebody some ideas?
