Build failure on new check out

I ran a "rm -r" (intentionally) on my libofx dir. Then did a new checkout of 
CVS libofx. 

The following is what I ran and where it stopped:

hb5 libofx # ls

You should add the contents of `/usr/share/aclocal/libtool.m4' to 
`aclocal.m4'.
Putting files in AC_CONFIG_AUX_DIR, `config'.

What do I need to do to go forward from here.?

Do you need the config.log or a backtrace?

I did two clean check outs.
