Problems linking 0.8.2

Hi,

I'm having problems linking the released 0.8.2 on my Cygwin (1.5.21-2) 
setup.  The .a library appears to be created correctly, but it dies 
trying to link ofx2qif.exe.  The names of the missing symbols make it 
look like it's missing some C++ library.  I've attached the config.log 
file and a log of the make.

I also got the same errors on 0.8.0, so it's probably something in my 
setup.  Can anyone offer any insight?
