problems compiling libofx

Hi,
I seem to have run into a roadblock trying to make libofx.  I am running Linux 
under SuSE 8.0 and after weeks of frustrated tinkering, was able to get 
Gnucash 1.8.2 up and running.  I want to add OFX support, hence my current 
journey.

The sources (0.6.4) configured fine, however while executing make, I get the 
following result:
