Hi,
OFX standard defines three dates in a statement
DTAVAIL - Date funds are available,
DTPOSTED - Date transaction was posted to account
DTUSER - Date user initiated transaction
My bank provides a statements with the following dates:
Ordered Date -- date on which transaction had to be executed (could be
Sunday)
Execution Date -- date on which transaction was executed
My questions:
1. Which date relates to which ?
2. Which date is imported by GnuCash and shown in list of transaction
for particular account ?
3. Should a statement from my bank contain date of booking a transaction ?
TIA,
Maciej
