New Release?

Hi Benoit,

what do you think about making a new release?
I'm asking this because there have been some changes (some made by Ace some 
time ago, some made by myself in the last weeks) which seem to be important 
enough to warrant a release.

Most importantly libofx now allows adjusting some of the OFX header fields 
which might be solve the problems with some servers which no longer accept 
connections from the latest stable release...
