Josh, can you send us this list? or at least a few sample urls?

Not to be a wet noodle, but I tried this route many years ago, and the
data was not in the form of url's to ofx servers, they were urls to 
something else.  But someone needs to double-check this.  I still
think that someone needs to get in there with a windows debugger to 
see what is actually going on.
