I've found the problem after a few investigations. As you can see in the
file I send you, all <FITID> tags are set to 0000000000000. According
to the OFX specification, this must uniquely identify a transaction of
an account.
Setting this tag to different random values makes gnumeric happy (it can
import these transactions)
I've wrote to my bank. I hope they will fix this bug in their files.
