Summary: lots of errors messages

Initial Comment:
When I run ofxdump on an ofx file supplied by my bank it reports 
a lot of errors. It tells me to upgrade opensp, but I already have 
the latest version. I will attach the output from ofxdump and the 
doctored ofx file.
