From the output, you have a problem with character length compatibility with 
your installed version of OpenSP.  What version of OpenSP is it, installed 
from where, what distribution?. 

In any event, the solution is to compile OFX while pasing 
--with-no-opensp-multibyte (or not passing it) to configure.
