Well, I never played with a 64 bit machine.  However, since GnuCash is 
compiled with the same flags everywhere, and that this module links directly 
with libofx, I would tend to look if the right flags are also passed to 
libofx.

The first thing to check is if libofx actaully works.  Rune "ofxdump 
<your_file>" and see what happens.
