Can't get MD to sync with iOS App

I've had successful syncing in the past since I have a "Last Sync" message on
the bottom of the screen. But I can't get any kind of sync to happen now.

MD is running first, it's paired with the device, I'm not trying to add
anything (anymore), and nothing seems to happen.

I assume there's something not setup right on my system, but I can't figure
out what it is. Has anyone else gone through this and have a solution?
