To me it looks like the second transaction should be modeled as a Sell,
since I believe your share balance should decrease and your cash balance
should increase. There is no such thing as an inverted dividend
reinvestment, so Moneydance doesn't support a negative value. Another
approach is to zero out both transactions or delete them each time you
download, but personally I would prefer the Sell transaction with a good
descriptive memo to help me remember what was going on.
