Just to make sure I understand what you are saying... Moneydance users should no longer enter bug reports directly into Trac nor Lighthouse. Instead we should send bug reports to [email protected] Once the Moneydance support team enters the bug report (or finds an existing bug report) in Lighthouse the person who reported the bug will receive a reply from the support team with instructions on how to "watch" or "unwatch" the bug report.  Is that the correct procedure and expectation?

In general though we've switched from using the trac ticket system to an internal lighthouse system (lighthouseapp.com).  If you email any bug reports to [email protected] then we will put it into lighthouse and link the LH ticket to the support request.  If the issue is already in lighthouse then we'll link the existing ticket to the support request.  You will then be notified when the bug is fixed, unless you "unwatch" the issue.  Others can also "watch" the support request unless it is marked as private.  We use the number of watchers as a hint for which bugs are given priority.
