Thanks very much for your advice Sean. I found out how to load what Ubuntu still calls "sun-java6-plugin and Moneydance is working well with it. I'm using Java Version: 1.6.0_22 in Moneydance 2010 r3 751 for Linux. However, I cannot find how to print reports like MD used to. Was this feature disabled? If I can find out how to print a report of any kind, I'll know if the most recent Sun-Java6 can print. I believe that OpenJDK is a version of Sun/Oracle's Java with some proprietary bits removed and some community improvements added. I suppose I would recommend OpenJDK since it worked for you before, but we usually distribute Moneydance with the Sun/Oracle Java because it seems to work in slightly more configurations. > > Thanks, > Sean > > > On Feb 17, 2011, at 4:44 PM, Larry Alkoff wrote: > >> I used to use sun-java for Moneydance but there are 2 problems with it. >> 1. sun-java was not able to print reports from Kubuntu Linux. >> 2.
