Synchronizing Mac MoneyDance with an iPhone 4

I just acquired an iPhone 4 running iOS 4.3.2 and am trying to sync it with a MacBook Air running MacOS 10.6.7. I installed the Network Synchronizer extension, but when I select Extensions->Configure Network Syncing the iPhone can be seen, but I am asked to provide the Access Key. I have no idea what an Access Key might be. Can any iPhone user help me with this? William
