account transfers not matching

I used 2008 up until about a month ago.  It would automatically match the
initial download of e.g. a transfer from Checking to Savings.  

I've since migrated to 2001 (778) and that matching no longer happens.
Does anybody have any suggestions about how to get that funcationality back?

I suppose 2008 was matching the account numbers in the transaction's
description (e.g "Web Branch: TFR FROM CK 1778931XX") but that's really just
a guess.
