Sounds like possibly a Java issue, since it's apparently working 
differently on Mac vs Windows.

And thanks to Brett Russ for posting the link that I was too tired or 
lazy to look up. I gather at least that they ditched GetSatisfaction, 
and the things I really objected to were related to GetSatisfaction.
