Does she really need to undo it, or just to complete it? If the latter, simply reconcile again. Enter the same target balance as before. The txns she already marked will not show in the reconciliation window, but that doesn't matter as long as they are all in the statement. The Beginning Balance won't match the statement because of the txns already cleared, but just ignore that. If she had marked a txn in error, then edit it in the register to change the cleared status to "Uncleared". By way of explanation, we as users think of reconciling statements, but MD only tracks reconciled txns. MD helps to reconcile a statement by letting you enter a target balance and then mark off txns as cleared, but hitting Done only commits the Cleared flag (changes it from Reconciling to Cleared on the txns you marked). MD does not track statements. If she really does need to back out the Cleared status changes, the only ways I see to do it are 1) see if there's a backup from just before the reconcile action, or 2) find the txns in the register which got marked Cleared and change their status to Uncleared.
