Reconcile Account window not updating for new transactions

Using MD 2011 (790) with OS X 10.6.8

In past releases (not sure how far back), if I added a new transaction in a
register for an account that had a Reconcile Account window open, the new
transaction would appear immediately in the Reconcile window. Recently, I've
had to close the Reconcile window (by clicking Finish Later) and then reopen
it to get the new transaction to appear in the Reconcile window.

Anyone else notice this behavior?
