Missing yellow dots in C column

Using Moneydance 2011 (791) under Kubuntu Linux 10.04-2.

I notice many older transactions that do _not_ have a yellow dot in the 
C column and do not show up in a reconciliation.  They are otherwise 
properly marked.

I think all or most of these transactions are actual.

How should I change these entries so I can do a reconciliation?
