exchange rates

Greetings,
I updated the Quote & exchange down loader and at the same 
time updated to build 790 of the MD program.
When the new exchange rates were downloaded the account 
balances in Foreign currency were no longer converted to my 
home currency.
The net worth went haywire because of this.
I went back to version 779 but the problem persisted. So I 
went back to yesterdays backup data file and stopped the 
Quotes and exchange down loader from down loading the 
exchange rates. I downloaded new exchange rates with my 
other Xchange downloader and things remained OK. It appears 
to me therefore that there is a bug in the new exchange and 
quotes down loader announced earlier today by Sean.
