Help

I just downloaded Moneydance and learned that I couldn't import my Quicken for Mac files as they are in QDFM format? So I started from scratch and set up a checking and savings account. I was able to download transactions from my bank (Wells Fargo); however checking transaction were imported into my savings account as well as my checking account. Anyone know why this is happening? Also, can't figure out how to use bill pay? I tried to pay a bill, sent the transaction, but nothing shows up in my register?
