Robert,

I believe you have to export from Quicken into QIF format, and then 
import. MD has never been able to import the native Quicken files.

Moneydance is now the web help area. Go to http://moneydance.com and 
click on Help in the bar near the top. Posting in the "questions" 
board will get more help from other users and also from MD support.
