Downloading securities data for an HSBC index tracker

I recently bought shares in a FTSE100 tracker - the HSBC FTSE 100 Retail Accumulator, with ticker symbol GB0000412477.L . However, when I try to update the value via the Quotes and Exchange rates extension, I get the following in the console: setStatus(Error downloading price history for HSBC FTSE 100 Index Retail Acc: Received response code 404 and message 'Not Found'., 0.9555555582046509) setStatus(Security price update complete with 0 skipped, 1 errors and 0 quotes obtained, 0.0) Is it possible to download info on funds such as this HSBC one?
