There does seem to be a technical problem with the list. Messages are taking up to 24 hours to appear. The delay is at moneydance.com, based on the Received headers. Messages go through about five internal hops, and one of those has a long delay. I have no guess as to the reason, since AFAIK there's no moderation in place.
