The risks of outsourcing. help.infinitekind.com is hosted by Tender (tenderapp.com - same IP address). Nothing on Tender's home page about problems, and I was unable to reach the next page. The most Sean can do in the short run is to beat on Tender, and I'm sure a lot of Tender's customers are already doing that. Ah, but Tender's twitter feed is working
