Please help. Attempted reconciliation shows many debits (checks etc) but NO credits (deposits etc).

When I try to reconcile a Moneydance account, I get the usual 2 pane box with debits on the left and credits on the right. However, the credit box shows NO credits (deposits, bank interest etc) even though I count over 100 uncleared credits on the All Transactions page. What could be causing this? I am using Moneydance 2011 (791) with Sun Java 1.6.0-21 I really need to get to the bottom of this to do any reconciliation. Thank you.
