Larry, I'm pretty sure MD does not offer paid support. (Such an offering would require setting up a new support organization. It's not feasible to just say oh, pay us and we'll provide premium support. It's a lot more complex.)

Post your problem here and the few of us left will try to help. If you want a lot more input, post it on the regular forums, in the Problems section. The link is automatically added to the bottom of all email s on this list. Note that the current forums are NOT the UserVoice stuff that MD tried for a while, but a much more practical system (Tender) which is available in both web and email interfaces.

If you can't describe the problem adequately without revealing financial details that should be kept private, there's also a "private issues" forum, where your postings won't be visible to anyone except MD support. Of course that has the corresponding disadvantage that no one else 
can help.
