The latest stable version is build 803. It is an official release and if 
you don't see it with the MD Updater Extension, it should be on the web 
site. Note that it is a paid upgrade for many users.

That's the email interface to http://help.infinitekind.com. Once you've 
started a topic there or subscribed to one, you can if you wish 
participate solely by email. Each thread will have a unique email 
address (and I think additional authentication information). You can 
even get notifications of new topics by email. I'm not sure if you can 
start new threads by email. I'm impressed with how well Tender manages 
to make it accessible both ways.
