Re: How to undo a mistakenly deleted transaction

While not a key-combo, this has saved my skin a number of times when
things went awry.
When all else fails, close the program and choose to not Save the changes.
This, of course relies on your un-checking the settings in 'Preferences' to 
'Save on Every Quit' and 'Perform autosave every 'X' minutes.
