The Unicode Consortium formally released the Unicode 7.0 glyphs on Monday. I have prepared a release with complete coverage of the Unicode 7.0 Basic Multilingual Plane, plus ever-growing coverage of higher planes. You can download the latest tarball and TTF fonts here: ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/unifont/unifont-7.0.01/ The Basic Multilingual Plane is in one TTF font, and the higher plane glyphs are in a second font. That was necessary because TrueType has a hard limit of 65,536 glyphs per font. Variants of these also contain glyphs for the ConScript Unicode Registry; those variants have "_csur" in their names. There are more font files in the unifont-7.0.01.tar.gz tarball. Fonts are in the subdirectory "font/precompiled/". The "_sample" fonts are SBIT fonts, and show combining circles. They are meant for illustration purposes only because of their combining circles. Some Fontforge users might find them useful. They are a lot smaller than the corresponding TrueType fonts. Have fun!
