So, what do we need to do to shut down the old web site and deploy the
greatly-revised one?

And, perhaps more importantly, what do we have to do to disconnect the old
SourceForge.net site and put it into hibernation mode?  Because I think a
lot of downstream users are not clear where development is happening
anymore (and that may impact the ability to get updated packages into Linux
distributions).  Wikipedia, for instance, still links to the old spots (and
the corresponding old license info, for that matter...).

Dave, you seem to be a member of the SF.net FF project team; can you see
admin options to further some of those steps at all?
