Re: Google Winter of Code

How about if – as a next step – we use the label "GSoC" to tag any feature
requests that strike us as potential candidates?

Dave, Frank -- would you have time to make a quick pass through the
existing feature requests in the next few days, labeling anything that
jumps out at you?  Doing an exhaustive search-n-tag session is probably
overkill, but if there are any ideas already out there, it'd be good to
mark them first.

I think we can probably be pretty cavalier about tagging at the beginning,
then weed the label down afterward.  But whatever approach works is going
to be a good start.
