Not sure, but what I'm referring to is done with the "File" > "Print" menu.
Then click on the "Print" tab and the "Full Font Display" radio button.
Clicking on the "Setup" button at the bottom of that window will allow you
to set the page size and tell it to output a PDF. Then click "Print" and
tell it where to save the file and give it a name.

There are other things I'd like to change about the format of the output
file, but I'll let that off for another day.
