I was not thrilled about adding the bootstrap layer to FontForge, but it builds just fine for me and for many others. It would be relatively easy to identify and to diagnose the problem here if a certain party were not so insistent on turning the thread into a whirlwind of hateful statements and obscene language. FontForge has its share of inherent flaws, but they don't do nearly as much to alienate users as getting a frighteningly angry tirade from a stranger when trying to ask a question.
