I just downloaded the latest source tar.gz from
https://github.com/fontforge/fontforge/releases. It contains
fontforge/spiro.h which defines these macros.

It's odd that these macros were not expanded during compilation. Can you
try to figure out why that happened?

Also, what operating system are you using, since it's apparently not Linux?
