Announcing - LibUniNamesList 11.0_beta (20180408)

For anyone interested in trying-out unicode NamesList 11.0_beta (before it
is released in June), you may want to download the file located here:
https://github.com/fontforge/libuninameslist/releases

This update maintains the existing library 1.2 version, and will reply as
version 10.9 (not 11.0).

To build this library, you will need to run:
autoreconf -i
automake

before you can run these steps:
./configure   ( optional --enable-frenchlib still at ver10.0)
make
sudo make install
