Replicate Freetype default settings on Mactype (better font rendering for Windows)

Hi,

Mactype is a microsoft windows program which uses Freetype 2.10.0 to replace the system font rendering. I was wondering how to tune Mactype to match the Freetype default settings on Linux? Currently it does not look as good. What are the Freetype default Render Weight, Gamma and Contrast settings, and would the units be the same in windows?
(I believe the Mactype LCD filter is the same weights as the 5-tap beveled default)
