License question

Hello, I was wondering if instead of a disclaimer, a way to download the
license to view it is alright? Also, does it even count as redistribution
if I use it to run a discord bot? I was thinking of placing all the
licenses of the libraries I use, that require the copy of the license to be
in the redistribution, in a place where they can be downloaded through a
command to the discord bot.
