Re: Download page doesn't allow to download freetype packages

There is no positive changes for me. I still can't download 
https://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases/freetype/freetype-2.10.4.tar.gz 
either using "curl" in building script (Linux) or with Firefox.
I checked accessibility of files in https://www.accessibilitychecker.org 
but there is also unknown problem.

I'm from Russia (well known "Evil Empire" 😁) but I don't think that 
https://savannah.gnu.org/ blocks me by IP location following by "sanctions 
regimen".
