Tutorial Doc Links Have Broken

I really appreciate the great tutorial. It was *very* effective in
getting up and running. Stuff like this removes so much of the initial
headache in getting started with a new library.

Unfortunately it seems the links embedded in the tutorial to the docs
are broken. They try to go to

  https://freetype.org/freetype2/docs/reference/ft2-base_interface.html#ft_=
facerec

for instance, but 'ft2-base_interface.html' is not a valid path anymore;

  https://freetype.org/freetype2/docs/reference/ft2-face_creation.html#ft_f=
acerec

looks like the intended one.

I will happily go and patch up these links myself if I find a moment.
