Calling services only with quality constraints

Hello,

The D-Bus programming interface is very generic so that various services
can be implemented by different development tools.

I am looking for corresponding possibilities to specify constraints on the
service implementation quality.
How can be achieved here that a specific service instance can only be called
if a few desired properties were set and appropriately described before?
