The “can break a man's arm” release. This is still a development branch for the adventurous, and comes with a risk of regressions. OS distributions should stay with the 1.12.x branch, unless they can commit to following the 1.13.x branch until it reaches a 1.14.0 stable release at an unspecified point in the future. (fd.o #101899, Simon McVittie) Fixes: • Increase system dbus-daemon's RLIMIT_NOFILE rlimit before it drops privileges, because it won't have permission afterwards. This fixes a regression in dbus 1.10.18 and 1.11.0 which made the standard system bus more susceptible to deliberate or accidental denial of service.
