No, that's not necessary.

Do you believe this to be a bug in the D-Bus daemon? If so, we can attempt to 
trace what is going on to see if it is receiving new messages and passing them 
onwards as expected.

Do other communications, unrelated to the process that is experiencing issue, 
continue to work?
