*This* project clearly uses the linux-gpio mailing list for
discussions AND patch reviews[1]. I was told to Cc the dbus mailing
list to solicit reviews of the proposed D-Bus API. Isn't this what the
dbus list is (among others) for?

And how was my opinion on mailing list reviews insulting to anybody?

I also created a github PR as per my response to the cover letter for
the convenience of anyone who prefers it.

This is for dbus. I'm aiming these patches at libgpiod.
