Probably a pretty short list. I'd put in EWMH, fontconfig, maybe
pkgconfig, ... ?
Just the really obvious stuff.

The fun part is when we can get dbus and cairo baked, I think. Those are
the really substantive ones. Maybe the platform should wait for them?
