I'm proposing libxslt with this mail.

Rationale:
Just as XML is a very important technology, so too is XSLT as its
counterpart. XSLT can transform XML into any arbitrary format, and one
common use is to transform XML files to FO (formatting object) files,
which can then be transformed to formats like PDF by common tools.

libxslt depends upon libxml2, so the acceptance of libxml2 over Expat is
a pre-requisite for this module's acceptance.

Candidate version: 1.1.x

Upstream: xmlsoft.org (http://www.xmlsoft.org)
